Oh man, the real game changer is brining with pickle juice. The vinegar already in there breaks things down even more than a saltwater brine. Makes the chicken super tender and gives it a weirdly good tang.

Wait, so you're saying you just saw the tip but haven't tried it yet? You gotta actually do it... the difference is crazy. That pickle juice idea from @jade271 sounds wild but I bet it works. A plain salt brine already makes chicken so much juicier, it's hard to go back. You should try one of them this week and see for yourself.
