My wife told me my chicken came out dry every time I used the basket

Turns out I was crowding the basket too much, so I started doing smaller batches and now the texture is way better. Anybody else get that feedback from someone at the table?

My mistakes always find me like a bad GPS, rerouting me into even bigger messes. Guess owning up is just the first wrong turn.
