Rant: My chicken wings were a total mess until I changed one thing
Used to get pale, rubbery wings every time in my Cosori air fryer. Gave up for like three months. Saw a video last week saying to pat them bone dry with paper towels first, then do 400 degrees for 22 minutes, flipping once. The difference is crazy, they're super crispy now. Anyone else have a simple trick that fixed a basic food for them?

Oh man, that's the exact same thing that happened with my fries! They were always soggy until I stopped crowding the basket. What's your go-to wing sauce?

Air fryer baskets trick you into thinking you need them full for the airflow to work, but it's the opposite for sure. Have noticed the same thing with frozen onion rings - one layer only or they come out greasy. Hot honey garlic is my wing sauce of choice these days, cuts through the richness without being too sweet.

No way, I used to think you had to fill the basket to get a good fry. Turns out that just steams them. Now I do one even layer and they're way crispier. For wings, I'm basic, just classic buffalo with extra garlic.
