Rant: The guy at the flea market in Tucson selling 'air fryer liners' is just cutting up parchment paper
Saw him with a roll of Reynolds and scissors behind his table charging $6 for 50 'custom fit' squares. If you're paying for that, you're better off buying a $9 roll and cutting your own, so what's the actual best cheap liner hack you've landed on?
Man, that takes some nerve doing it right in the open like that. Reminds me of a guy at a swap meet near me who was selling "hand made" coasters that were clearly just tiles from a hardware store with felt pads stuck on the bottom. He wanted eight bucks for four of them and I watched him restock from a Home Depot bag when he thought nobody was looking. The markup on stuff like that is wild when you think about it, six bucks for fifty squares of paper that cost him maybe a quarter. Your math is right too, a nine dollar roll will get you way more than fifty liners if you just take two minutes with scissors. Some people just count on nobody doing the math I guess.
