Spent 45 minutes trying to figure out why my chicken was raw in the middle after following a recipe to the letter
Turns out my air fryer runs 50 degrees cooler than what the dial says and I only caught it because I stuck a thermometer in there out of pure frustration, has anyone else tested theirs against a probe or am I the only one who just trusted the numbers on the screen?

Oh man, that's brutal lol. I never even thought to check mine until I saw this. Definitely gonna toss a probe in there tomorrow just to be safe.

Grab a cheap digital probe while you're at it, @finley_lopez98. They're like ten bucks and way more accurate than the analog ones. Saves you from guessing if that summer sausage is good to go.
