Spent 6 hours trying to fix a weird audio syncing issue in Attack on Titan
I was rewatching the dubs on Crunchyroll and the lip flaps were off by like half a second only on season 2 episode 7. Tried clearing cache, switching browsers, even reinstalling the app before I realized it was my HDMI cable from 2012 not handling the 60fps stream. Has anyone else hit a random technical glitch that made you question your whole setup?

Start by upgrading that ancient HDMI cable, seriously. I had a similar issue with a show not syncing right and it drove me nuts for two days. A cheap 2.0 cable fixed everything instantly. Also try turning off hardware acceleration in your browser settings, that messed up my audio too once. And if you're on Wi-Fi, make sure nothing else is hogging bandwidth while you stream, that can throw off timing too.

Friend of mine spent a whole evening troubleshooting the same thing on Netflix before realizing his soundbar was introducing a delay. He just rebooted the soundbar and it snapped right back.
