Finally tried a Silky Sugoi vs my old folding saw for a big crown reduction last week

The Sugoi's fixed blade and pull-stroke action gave me way more control and cleaner cuts on those 4-inch oak limbs, so what's your go-to pruning saw for bigger jobs?

Oh man, I feel that so hard. I spent years fighting my old saw on stuff like that, my arms would be jelly by the end of the day from wrestling with it. That switch to a proper pull-stroke saw is a total game changer (it honestly feels like cheating now). You don't realize how much energy you waste on the struggle until it's just gone. Really happy for you, that's a huge win.

My old folding saw would have bucked and jumped on those oak limbs like a scared horse. The Silky just purrs through them. It's the difference between using a butter knife and a proper chef's blade. I'm never going back for anything over two inches.

Right? Good tools just feel different in your hand. Makes the work almost fun.
