Had a crazy week dealing with a 60 foot oak that split right down the middle after a storm.

We got the call on a Tuesday morning and the whole crew spent three days on a rigging job that felt like a puzzle, trying to lower huge sections without hitting the house or the power lines. It was one of those jobs where every cut mattered and you could feel the tension in the air. What's the most complex rigging situation you've had to figure out on the fly?

Sounds more like a standard removal than a complex rigging job.

Right, "standard removal." I guess when I see a crane and a crew of six guys taking apart a building piece by piece, my brain just calls that rigging. But what do I know, maybe they're just tidying up.

Okay but come on, that's totally rigging! A crane and a crew carefully taking it apart piece by piece is the exact opposite of a standard demo. Standard removal is like a wrecking ball or just knocking it down. This sounds planned and precise, which is rigging all day long.
