Holy crap, that's a ton of miles! I gotta say though, I don't think you hit 237 trees unless you're counting saplings or something. Most trail runners I know count the number of runs or the distance, not individual trees. Like, if you're running through a forest, you're passing thousands of them. Maybe you meant 237 miles or kilometers? That would make way more sense for a week of serious running. Either way, impressive work lol.

Nah man, I'm gonna push back here. Trees are totally worth counting, especially if you're doing a specific route that's marked by them or you're pacing yourself by landmarks. Like, not every runner is tracking miles or time, some of us just vibe with nature and count stuff along the way. I've got a buddy who counts every single rock he steps on during a race, sounds crazy but it keeps his mind busy. Plus, hitting exactly 237 trees in a week sounds really specific, maybe he was running past the same grove a bunch of times or something. Not everything needs to be about mileage or runs, some people just have their own weird ways of measuring stuff. You guys are way too quick to judge how someone tracks their progress.
