Picked a silky over a bow saw for trail clearing in Shenandoah, and my shoulders thanked me
Spent 6 seasons hauling a 30 inch bow saw up those ridges until a retired NPS guy out of Front Royal told me to try a 7 dollar pocket saw, and honestly the pull stroke bites through a 4 inch oak limb in maybe 20 seconds.
My shoulders are jealous, mine have been carrying around a heavy gas saw for no good reason apparently. Six seasons of that thing and a 7 dollar pocket saw does the job, guess I just like suffering.
