Hot take: I think buying premium AI tools is a total waste for most people

Last month I signed up for a $200 a month AI writing tool thinking it would save me hours. After three weeks I went back to using the free version of ChatGPT and some basic templates. The premium features were just fluff I never used. Has anyone else dumped expensive subscriptions and found free stuff works just as good?

Ended up doing the same thing, the free version does everything I actually need anyway.
