How a forum post fixed my shaky hands when soldering
I was trying to fix a circuit board but my hands were all over the place. So I asked online for tips on keeping calm... someone suggested resting my wrists on the table. It sounds obvious now, but it never crossed my mind. That little change made all the difference... I finished the job without any mess. Sometimes the best advice comes from just putting your problem out there.

Totally, @the_pat nailed it with the wrist rest tip. I was all over the place too until I started doing that and it changed everything.

That wrist trick is a game changer. I did the same thing for years before someone told me. Makes tiny work way less frustrating.

My buddy Mark was trying to solder a new port onto his old game console. He kept burning the board and his hands were shaking so bad. I watched him for like twenty minutes getting more and more mad. I finally just told him to plant his whole forearms on the workbench, not just his hands. He looked at me like I was crazy but tried it. He got the next connection perfect on the first try, it was wild. He said it felt like someone turned off the shake setting in his brain.
