I asked 40 people at a Denver bus stop what language they dream in and only 2 could answer without pausing
Everyone else had to stop and think about it for a second, which made me wonder if we actually know our own minds as well as we think. Has anyone here ever caught themselves dreaming in a language they don't speak well?

Did that bus stop thing surprise you? Honestly it makes sense to me, most people never really stop to think about stuff like that. I've had dreams where I'm talking in Spanish and I barely know ten words, so you're not alone in wondering about it.
