I finally stopped roasting my own coffee after talking to a pro roaster in Portland

He showed me how my $15 batch from a week ago had uneven development and bitter notes I couldn't fix, and now I just buy from him instead - has anyone else had a pro totally change your home setup?

wait, you're telling me a pro roaster actually convinced you to stop doing it yourself? sounds like he saved you a lot of frustration though.

Yeah same here, dude sold me on just buying good beans and it's way better.
