Just realized my $40 air fryer makes better toast than my $200 toaster ever did.

I picked up a cheap air fryer from Target for 40 bucks last month. Figured I'd try toast as a joke, but the heat circulation crisped it up way more even than my old Breville. Now my toaster is just taking up counter space in Chicago. Anyone else ditch their toaster after trying this?

Can't blame you, air fryers turn everything into a crispier version of itself. Did you ever try reheating pizza in the toaster before making the switch, or was it always just bread duty? I'm trying to figure out if the toaster was really that bad or if the air fryer just makes everything look good in comparison.

Oh I definitely tried pizza in the toaster once, ended up with a smoke alarm concert and burnt cheese.
