Last Wednesday was the best day I've had in months for no real reason

I woke up at 6am and my back didn't hurt for once. Made coffee without spilling any grounds on the counter. On the drive to work every light turned green for me which never happens. Even got a parking spot right by the door at the hardware store. Has anyone else had a day where everything just clicks like that?

@kevin_bailey got it right. Had one of those days last week where everything just clicked. Woke up early, coffee was perfect, knocked out a whole project by noon. Felt like I was on autopilot in the best way. Makes you wish every day was like that but you take what you can get.
