My own screen time report showed a similar pattern last month, about 75 minutes lost to pre-bed scrolling. That 11 pm cutoff idea really works because it forces you to make a clean break. I started leaving my phone charging in the kitchen overnight, and the difference in my morning focus is real. It feels like getting that time back as a gift.
