The $2 can of compressed air I ignored for years actually cleaned my keyboard better than anything

So you're really telling me that a can of air did what a damp microfiber cloth couldn't? I've had the opposite experience every time. Compressed air just blows dust deeper into the cracks, and sometimes it leaves that cold moisture that can mess with electronics. A soft brush and a little bit of isopropyl alcohol on a cloth gets the sticky gunk off way better than air ever will.

Oh man, you're saying you've never used compressed air to launch a microscopic dust apocalypse into your own eyeballs? That's half the fun. Sure, I'll admit the alcohol and brush method is the "responsible adult" way to clean stuff, but where's the thrill in that? I've definitely made things worse by blasting crumbs deeper into my keyboard, then spent an hour trying to fish them out with a toothpick. So you're telling me I could just wipe it down like a civilized person instead of waging a tiny war with a can?
