Cold email opener from a LinkedIn DM actually worked
A guy I barely knew told me to stop using 'quick question' in my cold emails and start with a specific number from their site. I ran 50 with his tip and replies went from 3 to 11, crazy difference. Anyone else testing weird opener tweaks or is it all about timing?

Man, that's a GREAT result! I feel you on the frustration of getting zero replies, it really messes with your head after a while. I tried something similar last month, I pulled a stat from their own case study page and put it right in the subject line, got two replies from people who never even opened my emails before. It's wild how such a tiny change can flip the whole vibe, makes me wonder what else I'm totally missing.
