PSA: I killed my best LinkedIn channel by scheduling posts a month out
I used to batch 30 days of LinkedIn posts in one sitting and pat myself on the back. Then a prospect at the Chicago SaaS meetup told me she skipped our demo because every post read like a press release from 2019. I checked the numbers and my reply rate had dropped from 11% to 2% over 4 months, all while my posting frequency went up. Now I write when something actually happens and the drop is gone, but I want to know if anyone else has found a middle ground between batching and winging it.
Tried keeping a running list of rough ideas and only polishing the ones that felt real that week, so I still post a few times but nothing sounds canned. Cutting my batching down to like 3 posts at a time and writing the rest on the fly kept me from going back to that press release voice.
