Omg congrats that is HUGE. I love that you said "after 8 months of chasing" because I literally just had the same thing happen with a lead I'd been chasing since last January lol. It was this real estate group that kept giving me the runaround every quarter, always "next quarter for sure". I had basically written them off as a lost cause and then out of nowhere last week they emailed me asking to sign. The relief was so real I almost cried honestly. It's funny how those long term chases end up being the most satisfying wins in the end.
