Had a week where every sales demo I ran crashed twice

Last Tuesday I was demoing our analytics tool to a 40 person team at a logistics firm in Houston. The platform froze at 3 different points during the 30 minute call. By Friday, two more demos failed the same way with the data tables just spinning forever. My manager spent the whole weekend on the phone with the vendor's support team trying to figure out the bottleneck. Has anyone else dealt with a B2B service that kept glitching during live presentations?

I read a Gartner study last month that said 67% of SaaS buyers walk away after two technical glitches in a demo. That logistics firm you mentioned probably had higher expectations since they deal with real time data every day. Hope your vendor gets that sorted before you lose more deals.
