Hit 500 client reviews for my cleaning crew and I almost missed it
I was just updating our B2B profile one evening, adding some new invoices we handled, when I noticed the counter said exactly 500 reviews. I remember when we first started, getting to ten felt like a huge deal. We had maybe 40 clients at that point and I was nervous about every single comment. Now that number feels like a solid scorecard for how we actually treat people. It made me stop and think about how many small businesses we have worked with over the past 6 years. Has anyone else ever hit a milestone number on their profile and realized they had not even been tracking it?

Whoa wait, 500 reviews? That is absolutely wild. I mean, I get nervous just seeing a typo in my own profile let alone racking up that kind of feedback. Honestly, the fact you almost missed it makes it even more impressive - like it's just become such a normal part of your workflow that you stopped checking obsessively. Congrats, that's a huge signal people trust you guys.

Is 500 reviews really a good thing though, Jake? I get nervous with that many because it means a ton of people are just waiting for one slip-up to leave a bad one. At some point you become a bigger target for the people who are never happy no matter what you do.
