Hit 500 support tickets in one month and got suspicious
My team handles client onboarding for a CRM platform, and we usually do about 200 tickets a month. Last month it jumped to 500 without any new clients signing up. Turned out our migration tool was corrupting data silently. Has anyone else seen a sudden spike like this from a tool you trusted?

Oh that "data corruption silently" part gave me chills. Check your database integrity logs before and after every migration run, we do that now and caught a similar issue before it hit our ticket numbers.

Man, that brings back memories of when we had a similar issue with some automated billing system we were using. It turned out the thing was double charging a small percentage of customers and nobody caught it for like three weeks. We were scratching our heads wondering why support calls suddenly doubled and people were getting refunds left and right.
