Question about hitting review number 47 at my tiny agency and realizing nobody reads them
I run a 3 person shop in Toledo and we finally crossed 47 client reviews on one of those B2B software review sites last month. I was pretty proud until I looked at the traffic stats and saw that maybe 12 people had actually clicked through in the same window. The funny part is one review came from a client who called our rep "aggressively helpful" which I still can't figure out if that's good or bad. I spent a Saturday writing responses to all 47 like a guy leaving comments on his own blog. Does anyone here actually track whether reviews move deals for them, or do we all just collect them like stamps?
