Rant: I swore by that cheap CRM platform for 6 months until it deleted 300 contacts

I was in my home office in Austin last Tuesday running through our weekly client list when the system just froze. Then it logged me out and wiped out 300 contacts from our pipeline including notes from 4 months of calls. I had to spend 3 days rebuilding everything from old email backups. Has anyone else had a cloud service just nuke their data with zero warning?

Wait, it just logged you out and then wiped everything? Like the system itself decided to do that? That's some next level nonsense. I would've lost my absolute mind if I had to rebuild 4 months of call notes from email backups. The fact that there's no backup option on these platforms is criminal.
