Shoutout to the B2B review sites that actually verify buyers

Been shopping for a new CRM for my small team and I keep running into review platforms where anyone can post a 5 star rating without proof they even used the tool. Last week I found a review site that makes you link your business email and show an invoice, and the difference was night and day. The top rated options there were totally different from the unchecked ones, and two of the so called winners on the big sites turned out to have a ton of complaints about support. Why do we still trust unverified feedback when it costs nothing to check? Has anyone else swapped to a stricter review source and regretted it or loved it?
