Showerthought: I spent 5 years writing B2B reviews wrong
I used to just focus on whether a service was cheap or fast, like checking if a pipe fit. Last month, a client pointed out I never mentioned customer support response times or contract flexibility. Now I include things like how fast their team answers emails within 24 hours and if you can cancel without fees. Anyone else have a moment where you realized you were missing the key details in your reviews?

Did you read that Harvard Business Review piece on hidden contract costs?

Respectfully, they gloss over the small print that usually screws the little guy.
