Spent $800 on a managed IT service for my small biz and got ghosted for 3 weeks

I run a little 5 person marketing firm in Nashville and signed up with TechGuard Solutions last month for their mid tier support plan. After the first week they stopped responding to tickets, and I ended up fixing a server issue myself while they billed me anyway. Anyone else had a similar experience with smaller MSPs that just don't deliver?
