That time a vendor called me at 7 AM to review their own product

Last Tuesday I got a call from a rep at a company called DataBridge Solutions asking if I had time to do a service review. She spent the first 10 minutes telling me how great their platform was before I could even say I stopped using it 6 months ago. When I finally got a word in and told her it crashed during a client demo, she said that was a known bug and they patched it. Has anyone else had to sit through a sales pitch disguised as a review request?

Wait, is getting a random review request really that big of a deal though? I mean sure it's weird and probably a glitch in the seller's system, but calling her up about it seems like a lot of effort over nothing. Probably just an automated message that got sent to the wrong person by accident. Unless she's getting bombarded with threats or something, sounds more like an annoying spam email than anything serious.
