The vendor in Des Moines who fixed my invoice mess with one phone call

Back in 2018 I was juggling three vendors for the same client, and somehow got double billed for a 15k retainer. I spent a whole morning on hold with their support line, no luck. Then I called their local office, straight to a lady named Carol. She said, "Send me the PDFs and I'll sort it out by Friday." She actually did it in two days, found the duplicate and refunded it. That one person made me trust their whole company again. Has anyone else had a single rep save a contract that way?
