Went to a co-working space in Austin and noticed their client review system was totally backwards

I checked out this new B2B-focused co-working spot last week called The Forge. They had a wall of printed reviews from their tenants, but every single one was about the coffee quality and parking, not the actual business value. It struck me that we do the same thing with B2B services, we focus on surface stuff and miss the real utility. Has anyone else seen reviews that completely miss what actually matters for business?

My buddy said his office rental review was all about the free snacks, not the terrible internet.

Totally agree with @rivera.henry, free snacks hit different when you're paying for fancy rent and still can't stream a Zoom call.
