The neighbor's kid told me my basil looked like 'angry little trees'

I overheard him telling his mom my balcony garden was 'cool but weird' and now I can't unsee my leggy seedlings as miniature forests of rage. Has anyone else's gardening been accidentally roasted by a 6 year old?

My pepper plants got called "sad green noodles" by my nephew last spring. I just started calling them that myself and it honestly made me laugh every time I watered them, took the edge off.

My garlic got called "tiny angry teeth" by my neighbor's kid one time and I've never been the same (in a good way). @lee.lucas now every time I see my garlic struggling through the clay soil I just picture them grinding their tiny teeth and it's way less depressing. My mom heard me muttering about them and thought I'd finally lost it completely.
