Watched my sad basil plant go from 4 leaves to a full bush in 3 weeks after I moved it 2 feet
Turns out my balcony rail was putting it in shadow for most of the afternoon, and shifting it next to the wall gave it about 3 more hours of direct sun. Has anyone else had a spot that seemed fine but was secretly starving their herbs?

Honestly, basil usually wants way more sun than people give it.
