Had a brisket stall that lasted 14 hours during a cook-off in Austin

Some folks said I should have wrapped it at 160, but I kept it unwrapped for more bark. Anyone else faced a stall that long and what did you do?

I used to skip the wrap too, but a stall that long would make me change my mind.

Ever see a buddy skip the wrap and then hit a huge stall? My friend Tom did that last month, and his brisket was stuck for like 14 hours, @marymorgan. He definitely wraps everything now, no question.
