Hit 50 brisket cooks this weekend and finally got the stall timing down perfect

It took me exactly 50 attempts to nail the wrap timing and now my flats come out juicy every time, has anyone else felt like the numbers just click after a while?

Honestly, I felt the exact same way with my pork butts. Hit around the 40th cook and suddenly the whole stall-to-wrap timing just clicked in my head, no more guessing. It's wild how it all makes sense after a bunch of tries.

@ninag10 yeah once you figure out the wrap is basically a cheat code for the stall it's hard to go back... just gotta trust the probe and not rush it.
