Nah you can't beat a $30 smoker if you know what you're doing.

Yeah people sleep on the cheap ones but I've had a $30 bullet smoker for like 4 years now. The trick is just keeping the vents clean and using a water pan to stabilize the temp. I've done everything from pork shoulders to whole chickens on it and they come out just fine.
