County park mystery solved after 3 visits
I kept seeing these weird stone circles at North Creek Trail and figured it was some art project that got abandoned. Turned out a local geology group built them to map drainage patterns from the last big flood. My buddy who works at the library told me about it after I complained for the third time. Anyone else stumble on stuff like this that seemed random but had a real backstory?

Ha, that's a great find! So the circles actually mean something then, huh? Did they show you how the water moved, like could you spot the pattern once you knew what to look for?
