Guy at the Bothell QFC on Bothell Everett Hwy told me the secret to cheap produce and it actually worked
I was digging through the marked down bin at the QFC on Bothell Everett Hwy last Friday when an older guy next to me said the trucks come in Tuesday and Thursday mornings so the good stuff hits that bin by like 9am. I tried it this week and got a bag of peppers and two avocados for $3 total, way better than the $12 I usually drop. Has anyone else figured out the best day and time to hit the marked down racks at the other grocery stores around here?

Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9am, that's probably true for Safeway too since they share delivery routes.
