I was reading the city's park plan and found out Bothell has over 600 acres of park land

I was looking at the new city website update last night, trying to find the hours for Blyth Park. I clicked on the 'Our Parks' section and saw a small note that said Bothell manages more than 600 acres of public park space. I always knew we had a lot of green space, but I had no idea it was that much. It made me realize I've probably only seen a small part of it. What's your favorite smaller park in town that most people might not know about?

600 acres sounds like a lot, but how much of that is just unusable slopes or drainage ditches they count as "park land"? The city loves to pad those numbers.

Oh that's wild, I had no idea it was that much either... honestly the little one by the library, that pocket park with the weird metal sculpture? I end up there way more than I'd expect, it's just a quiet spot to sit for ten minutes between errands. Most people drive right past it.
