Just realized people keep parking in the 30-minute spots at the QFC on Main for hours, and it's making it impossible to run a quick errand.

Those spots are basically a free parking lot now.

Got a small cone and moved it to the side one time, came back 15 minutes later and someone had parked there. @gray557, people just see an empty space and ignore the sign. Parking enforcement never seems to drive by either.
