Overheard a guy at Mcmenamins saying North Creek trail is better now after the reroute
He was talking about how they moved the path away from the road by the wetland area. I walked it Sunday morning and honestly the new section is way more quiet, you can hear birds instead of cars. Has anyone else checked out that part since they finished it?

Did they fix the drainage by that big culvert too, or is it still flooding out after a good rain? I remember last fall it was a muddy mess right where the old trail hit the road, curious if they actually solved that problem.

Oh man, you're actually one of the few who liked that muddy mess? I thought it added some character to the trail, made it feel more rugged. Now it's all clean and boring, like a sidewalk. Give me the slop any day!
