Shoutout to the Bothell DMV on 228th, my tabs renewal took 11 days and 3 trips

I renewed my car tabs online back on the 3rd and the site said they would mail them in 5 to 7 business days, so I figured I was set for the month. Two weeks later nothing showed up, so I drove to the office on 228th and waited 40 minutes just to hear the printer jammed and they had to reorder the whole batch. Did anyone else get stuck waiting on plates or tabs this spring, or is it just my bad luck?
