The Country Village parking lot is a total mess on weekends now

I went to Country Village last Saturday around 11am and spent 15 minutes just circling for a spot. People are parking in the fire lane by the old Barn and even blocking the crosswalk near the train. It's gotten way worse since they added that new bakery spot a few months ago. I get that it's popular but there's no signage or anyone directing traffic on busy days. Has anyone else noticed this getting out of hand or am I just unlucky with my timing?

Oh man, a friend of mine went there a couple Saturdays ago and she said it took her almost 20 minutes just to get out of the lot after she parked. She finally gave up and pulled into a spot near the back where some guy was blocking two spaces with his truck, and then she saw a couple almost get hit trying to dodge cars near the crosswalk by the train. She told me she's just gonna go on weekday mornings from now on and skip weekends entirely.

Oh geez, that sounds like a total nightmare... I swear some people just park like they own the whole lot. Blocking two spaces with a truck? That's just asking for trouble. And the crosswalk near the train is always a mess, I've seen people barely make it across without getting clipped by someone in a hurry. Weekday mornings are definitely the way to go, less chaos and you can actually breathe while you shop.
