My friend in Denver swears by grocery store sushi for airport meals

She packs a couple rolls from the deli section before her flight and saves like $25 on overpriced terminal food. Has anyone else found a solid airport food hack that doesn't suck?

Honestly, I used to avoid airport food like the plague. Then I tried their carnitas burrito out of pure hunger. It's legit good, fresh ingredients and everything. Totally changed my mind.
