Vent: My $60 hostel reservation fell through at 2 AM in Barcelona

After booking a shared room for a week, I showed up to the address and found the place was actually a closed laundromat with a fake sign, so I ended up camping on a beach bench until 6 AM until the metro opened - has anyone else dealt with a hostel that just straight up didn't exist?

Calling a closed laundromat a hostel is a stretch.

Wait, did that place used to be a laundromat? I remember it being a dry cleaner before they put the beds in.
