Went to Budapest last month and found a cheap spa trick

I visited Budapest for 3 days and noticed locals bringing their own towels to the Széchenyi Baths to avoid the 10 euro rental fee. The entry ticket was only 20 euros itself, so that added up fast. Did anyone else figure out similar workarounds at popular tourist spots?

Isn't it funny how the little things add up when you're trying to save money on vacation... I've noticed the same thing with my everyday coffee runs, where bringing your own cup saves you a dollar each time. It's like these tiny habits stack up into real savings if you just pay attention to them.

Man, you're onto something real here. It's not just vacation stuff or coffee cups, its the whole way we think about money day to day. I catch myself doing the same thing with lunch packing versus eating out, like a sandwich from home costs maybe two bucks, but grabbing something from a deli is eight or nine. Over a month, that difference adds up to like a hundred bucks easy, which is basically a free utility bill or a nice dinner out somewhere. Small habits are sneaky like that, you don't feel them in the moment, but you sure see the pile at the end of the month.
