Comparison trap almost wrecked my grocery budget
I spent months trying to meal plan like those influencers with the color coded bins and fancy labels. Waste of time honestly. Then I switched to just buying what's on sale that week at Aldi and building meals around that. My grocery bill went from $120 a week down to $75 easy. The difference is planning around deals instead of trying to force a specific recipe list. Has anyone else found a simpler method that actually works better than the complicated stuff online?
