Had to pick between a monthly bus pass and parking downtown in Denver

I started a new job in downtown Denver last month and had to decide between a $95 monthly bus pass or paying $15 a day for parking. I went with the bus pass since the math was pretty simple $15 x 20 work days is $300 a month. The bus takes about 10 minutes longer each way but I save over $200 a month and I dont have to deal with traffic stress. The first week was rough figuring out the right stop and timing but now I actually look forward to the quiet ride with my podcast. Has anyone else switched from driving to transit and found hidden savings or headaches I should watch out for?

Oh babe your math is good but you forgot parking at your apartment too if you live near a bus stop. Does your pass cover any weekend trips or just work days?

Haha trust me my parking situation is a joke, my car practically lives in a different zip code than my apartment because I can't afford the spot. The pass is strictly work days, so weekends I'm just a walking liability to my wallet.
