Last month we had a run where every job's leftover paint got used on the next one. Not one gallon went to waste for three straight workdays. Has anyone else managed a streak like that or am I just lucky?

Yeah "zero waste" is a tough goal but tracking leftover paint like that really helps.

Paint tracking is one of those small moves that actually adds up over time. Most people don't realize how much partially full cans they just toss in the trash. A simple list or note on the can lid saves so much frustration later. Little habits like that make the whole zero waste thing way less painful.
